LWE provides a full range of services to see your project through from start to finish. We are fully equipped to design, custom-build, renovate, and project manage, and offer custom millwork to add those special touches to any project. Sustainable practices are a standard in our company, we design and select materials with the environment in mind and actively strive to exceed the BC Building Code and Built Green Canada standards. Design & Build
We specialize in delivering unique residential designs that are tailored to the client. We work hard to understand our clients, focus on getting to know exactly what they are looking for, and translating this into an end product that exceeds expectations. Working in partnership with you ensures that we can bring your vision to life while bringing outstanding practices, cutting-edge techniques, and materials to our work.
Project Management
We use an Integrated Project Delivery IPD process with a holistic approach and utilizing tools from Lean Construction methodology. LWE focuses on relationship building, minimizing waste, and maximizing deliverable value to every project, while creating a culture of work flow and enjoyment onsite every day. Residential
Our in-house design-team will create an innovative design that is specific to your vision with a personal touch. We provide designs as part of a full scale project with us, or as a standalone service.
We build unique and distinctive homes using innovative techniques and energy efficient practices. We collaborate with the client to create their vision. Our projects are unique and built for our mountain environment.
Renovations are a specialty of LWE and follow the same process as all of our projects with design expertise and attention to detail that sets the standard. Renovation work can be as simple as a new kitchen or bathroom through to the complete remodeling of an existing home.
Commercial
We design, custom-build, renovate, restore, and project manage commercial projects, from start to finish.
Custom Millwork
As part of our other services, we create custom millwork to add that extra special factor to achieve the client’s project vision. This can be anything located in a property’s interior, from cabinetry to bed frames, as well as unique detailing on a building’s exterior.
