OUR PROCESS

LWE is a full service company. We design, build new, renovate, remodel and restore – plus, we offer local expertize.
Our skills and experience encompass all aspects of the building process including architectural and interior design, planning and management, as well as construction and custom finishing. At LWE, our process is to produce high quality, high performing structures that encompasses everything you envision.
Over time, we have honed our process to ensure success and simplicity for you, the owner. From the design phase and throughout construction, we use our expertize to manage the project so that we are your single point of contact for the entire project. LWE believes in continuous improvement across our builds, fuelling inspiration and originality.

LWE is certified by industry authority, Built Green Canada, in designing and building homes to specific sustainability and energy efficiency standards. At LWE, an eco-conscious approach is at the centre of our business, and this certification recognizes our commitment to green-centric practices.

Built Green Canada says, “certification authenticates a high performance home, offering the builder credibility and the homebuyer a maintenance guide and home’s level of efficiency, as well as proof for rebates where applicable. Successful certification is based on cost-effective housing, healthier, more durable housing, and housing that has a lower impact on the environment.”
The Built Green Canada program involves seven core areas of sustainable building: energy & envelope, materials & methods, indoor air quality, ventilation, waste management, water conservation, and building practices.
All LWE projects incorporate green practices and materials to address these seven areas, ensuring a healthier, more sustainable home with a lower impact on the environment.
Sustainable builds now, equal long-term cost reduction for owners and homebuyers, as well as a reduced carbon footprint.
