What do you enjoy most about working with LWE
The reason I enjoy working for LWE is the culture that they have created in the construction industry with their employees. They support growth and learning in your career in a positive way. There is also an understanding of why most of us live in this town and their generosity when it comes to family and personal time outside of work.
Whats the best thing about living in Fernie?
Not having to travel to enjoy your favourite recreational activities. It’s also an awesome and easy town to raise a family in.
What would you say is your greatest strength at work?
My ability to teach others that is catered to their learning style, allowing for a crew to become the best it can.
WWhat would you say is LWE‘s greatest strength?
I would say LWE doesn’t just try to build your home the way you want but they strive to build it with the future in mind so that it will remain comfortable, cost effective to run, and will be around for future families to enjoy.
