This 2017 CHBA Georgie Award Winner for Best Custom Home is carefully crafted with reclaimed wood gives the homeowners luxurious seclusion while also reaping the rewards of an environmentally friendly build.

Designed by LWE and Nick Vale of Beck Vale Architects & Planners Inc, this truly unique home blurs the lines between the luxury interior and the nature that surrounds it. The upper main floor living provides a covered area for lower outdoor living space whilst two large, reclaimed barnwood open to reveal the view of the lake below from the master bedroom. Reclaimed wood is used throughout the building from the kitchen cabinets, to the Timber Frames. We Partnered with Pacific Homes for pre-manufactured smart walls, allowing for increased insulation values and airtightness, giving this home a Built Green Platinum Standard in efficiency and comfort.
