It’s important to us that we make a home feel like a home for our clients, especially when the client wants to incorporate work and sports spaces. In this case, we found the perfect place to create this in the outdoor courtyard and fireplace – also ideal for entertaining guests all year-round.

A sports court, mini putting green, family den and workshop are just some of the features that make this a true family home designed for entertaining. The outside finish is a unique blend that demonstrates an industrial farmhouse, whilst the interior utilizes reclaimed wood floors and cabinetry blended with industrial iron stairwell railings to give this home a timeless, rustic feel. We Partnered with Pacific Homes for pre-manufactured smart walls, allowing for increased insulation values and airtightness, giving this home a Built Green Platinum standard in efficiency and comfort.
